Yes — collection at your home is offered free with your test. You pay for the test or package itself, nothing extra for the visit. Call or message to fix a slot, and mention if the test needs fasting so we schedule you early.

Turnaround depends on the test — routine panels are quick, specialised assays and cultures take longer by design. You'll be told the expected time when your sample is taken, and the report reaches your WhatsApp the moment it is verified.

Some tests require it — fasting sugar and the lipid profile are the common ones — and many do not. Send us the prescription on WhatsApp before you book and we'll tell you exactly what to do the night before, so you don't make a wasted trip.

Individual tests and bundled health packages are priced separately — ask the counter or message us with your prescription and you'll get the figure before anything begins. Payment is accepted by cash, UPI, wallet, debit card or cheque.
